How to export your phone contacts as a .csv file

FOR iOS USERS

  1. On your computer, open a browser and visit iCloud.com
  2. Enter your Apple ID and password as required and choose Contacts.
  3. Use Shift + Ctrl to select the items you want to download.
  4. If you intend to export all contacts from your iPhone, click the gear icon in the bottom left sidebar and choose Select All.
  5. Click on the gear icon again and click Export vCard to export the contacts from your iPhone to a vCard, which will be saved as a .vcf file.
  6. Go to this link to easily convert your .vcf file to the .csv file you need for your LeadKlozer account.
  7. Use that .csv file to import your contacts into LeadKlozer following these instructions. 

FOR ANDROID USERS

On your phone:

  1. Open the Google Contacts app on your phone, or install it at this link.
  2. Tap the Menu icon   in the top left corner  > Settings > Export.
  3. Choose one or more accounts to export contacts from.
  4. Tap Export to .VCF file.
  5. Go to this link to easily convert your .vcf file to the .csv file you need for your LeadKlozer account.
  6. Use that .csv file to import your contacts into LeadKlozer following these instructions. 

On your computer:

  1. Go to contacts.google.com
  2. To select contacts, check the boxes that appear when you hover on their names.
  3. In the left sidebar, click More > Export.
  4. Select Outlook CSV and then to save your file, click Export.
  5. Use that .csv file to import your contacts into LeadKlozer following these instructions.
